Since about 4 weeks ago I noticed that my 21Mb/s modem lost what was left of its already weak signal, but the speed of my Internet was still 30kb/s which is not what I pay for but still usable, but then the speed dropped dramatically to a max of 5Kb/s when opening a new browser page, at first I thought it would clear up in a couple of days time but it did not, it crawled along that speed for 5 weeks now and I am sick of this, I pay my monthly balance and want the real service I pay for. On multiple occasions I got so frustrated that I actually wanted to throw the device against a wall, I did go see the MTN store in town and the technician said that he would come to my house with a antenna and see if he can fix my problem, he never showed up and failed to pick up his phone when trying to contact him. I can understand if I am being throttled but my already weak 30Kb/s to a max of 5??? My upload speed is even higher than my download speed. Eagerly awaiting your reply and fixing of the situation.
