Did not receive my new data

At the beginning of January 2014 my internet speed is so slow as it is still throttled, my current download speed is less thank 25kbs. Before they throttled my account in dec because of the fair usage my download speed were 7mbs. This is not the first time and I am getting sick and tired of MTN's bad service delivery as I am paying my account on time every time. I will appreciate speedy feedback.
