MTN PREPAID CREDITS

SMS from AccessLife on 14 Sep - must make a CHARGABLE call. Make THREE International calls on 19 Sep.
22 Sep cell card became UNREGISTERED. Arrive back in SA on 27 Sep. Told be MTN that:
Was never registered with AccessLife, made NO phone Calls, had NO credit on prepaid account.
If want to regain number, must apply within SEVEN days. Ask to retain number... IT IS NOW IMPOSSIBLE, AS NUMBER NOT AVAILABLE TO ME - FIVE DAYS -NOT SEVEN. Anyone else can apply for the number, not me as the previous user!!!
This is the FOURTH NUMBER I lost in the last 5 years, with Credits of overR1, 000.00.
I have supported this supplier since 1996-7 when I got my 1st cellphone!!! I used these numbers for my SA banking, so all my banking data is now going to someone else! I have been living in Botswana for 6 years.
