Since I changed my cellphone contract, I keep on being billed for my browsing. just normal browsing. I pay BIS and still browsing gets deducted from my airtime. I have before requested an audit on my account, which has still not been done. I have, twice already, gone through all my setting on my blackberry with a consultant, lost settings in the process, to make sure everything is correct on my phone. Today I lost over R50. I demand an audit, and a refund on it, as well as compensation. This is not the service I am used to with Vodacom!
