Last night while browsing on google and google images, I ran out of airtime and data, the problem with that is, I have BIS. I should NOT be charged for browsing while I have BIS, and it was on google, NOT youtube or downloading or movies or files. I have also noticed that vodacom have the same answer/reply to all complaints and it is. "We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We will be in contact with you in order to address this matter", so could you please get back to me with an explanation instead of the usual/same "we would like to apologise..." feedback. Stop apologising and start improving your service!!!
