Stop passing the buck

Hi

please note I have suffered an unauthorized debit of R371 from my FNB bank account on Thursday 18 Sep2013. I wish to attest that I do not have any prepaid or contract agreements with Vodacom network. I have made countless attempts through the Vodacom customer care line 082 111, to have this matter investigated and the money (R371) reversed back into my bank acc. the Ref number for the debit is I3750141 0185284802 and I am Phemelo Letlake, ID8312285513082, cell 0734945058.
I was advised on Friday 20Sep2013 to fax through ID copy, bank statement showcasing the transaction and a motivational letter explaining the incident. the aforementioned was done and faxed to the numbers ending with 8888.
there has been little progress made to this end and I am getting frustratingly irritated because the money has not been reversed back into my account.
can someone please look into this long overdue yet pressing matter and ensure that this inhumane act is rectified and never repeat itself.
