NO HELP AND TERRIBLE SERVICE

I was called by the call centre for a cellphone contract. I agreed as I was told the monthly subscription is R99.00 per month. I get the phone. I then get billed for 199! Then I call them back and passed from one person to the next, Because I do not want a contract that is that price. And I was told it was 99! then I say they must fetch the phone as I have not used it. And from manager to manager everyone promises to call back but no one does. This is pathetic. Telkom Mobile can contact you for a contract but cannot give correct info. Nor can they resolve the issue after calling a 5 times a day. Its been a month now. Still not resolved. AND they now say I must go to a branch. THERES NO BRANCH IN FICKSBURG. Yet they can do everything else over the phone but cannot assist with this.
