More days in for repairs than days used used

My Nokia Asha 300 has gone back to CellC just 5 days after collection for battery problems. They had the phone for 6 weeks previousy to sort this problem out. Before it was delivered back to the store from the "repairs" department - I was told it failed a quality check. When I returned the handset to the Pinetown store today - they did not even bother to record the whole story on the form. How the "repair" department is supposed to know what is wrong is anyones guess. One can easily lay the blame at Nokia's door for product quality. After all CellC does not manufacture the handset. The contract is in 2 portions - one for the handset cost and one for airtime. I dont want a handset that has been at CellC longer than what I have had the use thereof. Cancel the handset part of the contract and take up your issues of quality control with Nokia. Just amend my contract to airtime only. No "repaired or replacement" phone please as I am not prepared to pay for something that I do not have the use of
