Worst customer server ever experienced. Unskilled

I phoned 111 customer care confirmed with a customer care agent that I was Indeed being charged for something I was not aware of. The agent than advised me to go to the branch were the contract was opened and they will refund me and resolve this query. I went the vodashop on Sunday were I was met by "Dewald" who before trying to help me asked me if I am sure that my query is with his shop. After explaining my story he told me to wait for the assistant manager "Timoney Moro" who took about an hour to get to me. I than explained my query AGAIN and he sai he cant do anything he will phone me back on Monday. He never did, I than escalated this myself and spoke to the manager 'Sharaz Mohamed" who told me that he has to take this up and escalate it with Vodacom, and phone me back today... He did not. But a lady by the name of Zodumo Njenjani phoned me to hear what the issue is. Turns out she is also a manager and it seems that my query was NOT escalated by Shiraz as promised or carried over by internal communication of the shop either as she asked me the same questions they all asked. So pathetic customer service, and my query is not resolved. They are running from their own mistake.
