Had enough of Vodacom and my Samsung Xcover phone

I have a Samsung Xcover smart phone which I got when my contract was upgraded in July of this year. Since I got the phone all Ive had is trouble and I dealt with it because I couldnt be without a cell phone for work reasons. When the problems got worse, to such an extent that the phone would not charge anymore, I was forced to send it in for repairs. I sent it in to Vodacom in Liberty Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg. The problems included, dropping calls, freezing, not charging and not being able to pick up any reception. The phone was booked in and sent off to be repaired in Durban. After 10 days I recieved an sms to say my phone was ready for collection. I collected it and proceeded home. I tried to charge it that night, I charged for 5 hours, took it off the charger and the battery died before I could enter my pin code. Needles to say, I have been without my phone for 4 weeks now and it STILL is not fixed after being sent to Head Office. I DO NOT WANT THIS PHONE BACK, NOR DO I WANT ANOTHER XCOVER.I have lost all faith in this model because of whats happened. I live 45 min out of town so I cant just "pop in' and have it fixed. I really hope Vodacom come to the party and sort this out.
