BRAND NEW SAMSUNG ------ FAULTY... WONT CHANGE IT

I was offered one of your products Samsung S5233 contracts:
I received the phone on 15/04/2011. Since then all it has done has given me endless problems. The phone switches off completely then I took it in to Carletonville MTN and received it back, only to find I experienced the same problem again. The phone is fully charged but switches off completing and before the power failure the lock button when pressed would give me an error message - INCORRECT CHARACTER.
I was told by the consultant the phone Samsung touch screen is a good phone. I changed from Vodacom to MTN. What a mistake, the service I have received is terrible and I am not happy with the model of the phone.
The phone came back to the CARLETONVILLE MTN STORE and I collected it again. The report now that there is LIQUID DAMAGE - BER. I cannot believe this, my phone came no-where near water.
This service is really unacceptable; I take a contract out with MTN and leave Vodacom. To find the handset I get must be faulty, because it is constantly giving me problems. I send it in and they "fix" it, only to find it is still doing the same thing. I send it in for a second time, now to find it is now BER.
