Asked 2 help with a new Samsung S4 mini! The Phone freeze and I cant work with the Phone it is realy frustrating!!! When I came to the Mossel Bay Branche the Tecnition would fix the problem in an hour for it was only a new upgrade it needs. The next day I went to fetch the phone (I asked them to phone me when it's done, They never did!!) Got there and was told the tecnition is off for the day!!
The next day I Phoned the Vodacom in George Where the Sales (Person) told me I can bring it and it will take 1-2 hours. Drove all the way from Mossel Bay to George... Got there and a older laydy (after standing 15 min before her) was helped before me and when 2 young girls steped in they could not help them fast enough!!! Got to the sales (person) and he said I will recieve the phone on Friday!!!
So all I can do now is Change from Vodacom to someone that will help me and do what they say!!!
