So disappointed in Vodacom, never thought I would get bad service from them. But firstly we were ignored when we asked a question to the sales lady, she just looked up and carried on with her work. After waiting 10 minutes someone help us, but just listened to our problem and said they can't help us?? They did not even try? And the sales person should really not get angry at clients if they don't understand the contract they want to get. I heard the sales lady almost scream at a client because she had to explain herself the second time! Could not believe my ears, felt so bad for the client. After going to another phone company they helped us right away and told us what the problem was. But they could not help us because we were Vodacom clients. We ended up trying to fix the problem ourselves and it took over 3 hours
