Hi my name is Asley Appolis from Mossel Bay, today i`m very disappointed in vodacom. The past weekend my phone and ID got, luckily i got the phone back again but with the sim card taken out, so this morning monday 13/05/2013 i went to George home affairs to apply for a new ID book and temporary ID since i have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for new ID to arrive. Now after everything i went through vodacom customer service tells me that i cant do a sim swop with my temporary ID, what vodacom is telling me is that i`ve waisted all my time and money on home affair`s useless temp ID, i wont upgrade with a company thats kicking you when you down again
