I have two cell ph contracts with Cell C which was up for renewal. I went to Game to renew these contracts as Cell C in Somerset Mall did not have stock of the phs I wanted. The 0845872949 was renewed in Aug 2013 whcih is my husbands ph. This was upgraded from 200 anytime minutes to 100 minutes, 100sms's and 1000 mb of data. The 0842501152 which is my number was upgraded in Sep from 100 weekend minutes to 100 minutes, 100 sms's and 1000 mb data. On both contracts I received the 100 minutes and 100 sms's and 100 mb data. When I contacted Cell C in connection with not receiving the 900 mb data I was told that I would only be getting the 900 mb data when the actual date of renewing the contracts which is Oct and Dec. I feel this is unacceptable as I had not been told about this when renewing the contracts. I was lead to beleive that everything goes onto the new contract.
