Cell C once again has let me down. I have two contracts with them. Both. I have now had no service on my mobile phone for the past 2 hours. I can't receive or make calls, no data connection either. this complaint is ongoing for the past 4 months with no resolution. Cell C said they were busy sorting the problem out? When? Both my contracts only expire next year July, and at this rate I will not be renewing either one of my contracts with them. I have now gone as far as getting an additional Vodacom Sim Card so that I at least have a working phone.
