Errors in contract details.

I am quite disappointed in the fact that despite the vigorous marketing campaign of Cell C, their service has been such a let down. I sincerely regret changing to CEll C after 20 years.

I have two contracts - both on my name - one for myself (0825795789) and one for my son (0722043971). Despite various calls and emails, the contracts for the two phones are still mixed up, and therefor the billing is totally incorrect.
0825795789 - Main phone - I applied for 400 minutes, 400 sms and 1 Gig data. I use this phone for my business.
072 2043971 - my son's phone - 100 minutes, 100 sms and 1 Gig data.
As result of the incorrect capturing by your department, my bill is incorrect and I have to pay in, while my son does not come close to using his minutes.

I have requested that this be changed, but have not heard from your customer service department EVER.

CEll C coverage (or lack of) is also most disappointing and makes it impossible to use the 1 Gig of data on offer - I hardly ever have access to the internet.
