Good Day I am Gerrit Smit (0730399788)

I did an upgrade in the MTN store Robertson Black Berry Q5 Anytime 200 Topup R200 airtime 200MB Data 200smss but I only receive R200 150MB and 15SMSs and the Yello Trander show R299x24 but I pay -R349.00 why and why do they rob me on data and SMSs and the I mail WesternCape2ServiceQueries and they said it`s (Thank you for your email, please be advised we have escalated this to the responsible
store to revert back to you with the paperwork.)(Mariska de Wet) on the 27/8/2013 still nothing and it`s the 3-9-2013 today I need answers ASAP.
