I am due for an upgrade, and went to the Randburg square branch to do this. The assistant made an error on their system, and told me I should come back in two days, because that is how long it will take to reverse her mistake. I understood it was just a human error, and knows everybody makes mistakes. I then asked to see the manageress to find out if she can maybe assist in getting this done sooner, but she had a no-care attitude and bluntly told me that if I want the phone, I should come back in two days. I then said to her, if that is Cell C's attitude, I want to cancel my contract. She did not even blink and just told the assistant to cancel my contract. I am really very unsatisfied with the poor service from that branch, and in particular the no-care attitude I got from the manageress. She clearly did not care one bit about losing a loyal, paying customer, and did not even try to help me or assist in getting this deal done.
