I was told from cell c that my contract was due for an upgrade so I went and upgraded it. I later found out that I would not receive all my data, minutes and smses until the end of November (upgraded in August) I was not told this when upgrading my contract or I wouldn't have upgraded my phone because I would be paying a lot of money and not getting what my contract states. I am very annoyed about this and not happy at all cell c has been no help whatsoever!
