Nashua Mobile

I upgraded with Nashua Mobile Voda World mid August. The Consultant handed me a list with possible options and indicated a package based on my old contract. I took the Samsung S4 at R399 per month and for R20 extra she said I could upgrade from 75mb of data to 500mb. I agreed.
Two days later received my bill for; I was charged for a upgrade fee R99 prorata 500mb R99 for 500mb. R70 delivery (I collected the phone). My normal monthly subscription, for Hardware, which I understood was included in my package plus extra hardware for the old phone since upgraded early.
This month it's the same. Paying separate for contract and hardware x2 plus R99 for 500mb which was not what I signed up.
When I tried and sort it out they ask me to contact the person I signed up with. The desk clerk, whom I don't remember. Then promises of getting back to you, which never happened
NASHUA MOBILE is exactly the reason why there is a consumer protection act. Pity it don't have the teeth it's suppose to, that's why Nashua can do as they please.
