My husband upgraded earlier this year and took out the Blackberry Z10 with 100MB 500MB (free) He received the bill for a ridiculous amount and when he said that the contract comes with the free 500MB cell c didnt know anything about it. My husbands service provider is Nashua Mobile... However I went with him to the Nashua mobile store in Canal walk when he did his upgrade... and the deal was on Cell C's brochure in black and white... I am myself a cell c customer and had the same incident about 2 years ago when i upgraded to a LG phone and took out specific deal and when i queried my bill no one knew what i was talking about. This specific deal is still featured on Cell C's website. We want this resolved please. Who's problem is this? Cell c or Nashua Mobile?
