On the 12th July 2012 I walked into the Canal Walk Nashua Mobile Store to upgrade my data bundle on my contract to 500MB as 100MB was insufficient. I signed a contract and got used to my phone bill being 30%-40% higher than when I was on BlackBerry. When I queried my account, m I was told that the 500MB upgrade was a once off data bundle purchase. There is NO MENTION on the contract that this was a once off purchase. Whay would I walk in one day yto buy a 500MB data bundle, then use on average 500MB a month and be happy with that? Common sense people.. I signed a CONTRACT! You in the CONTRACT business. Know your business and I demand i get credited for the over charging of data over the period. this feels like!
