Still havent received any response from MTN regarding my previous response with REQ:2804531. My current bill of R918.68 went off on the 31/10/13 from my account. My billing period is 11th and my new billing month from 12 of the month.
This morning i woke up still without any service on my sim. As this is a new billing period i should have service on my sim. This is a breach of contract. Due to this breach i would now like to cancel this contract. As i have upholded my end in paying my account and you (MTN) has not upheld you end. You can contact me on y numbner to make arrangements to collect your devices as i have cancelled the current running debit order and will not be going further with this contract due to your failure to up hold your side of our contract.
