Well where do we start they gave me phone on top up for R199 a month wow what a bargain although They deduct over R300 every month. I called and queried about it and now all of a sudden bis is costing me a R100 extra per month wow all the other networks have standard set rates of R57 per month on contract or prepaid. Now where does virgin and Richie rich Branson come up with this ridiculous amount. And they add on costs saying this is for the handset. The first querie was never resolved since december2012 and I decided to Pay them via eft and faxed proof of payment for R199 and still the line is blocked even before the 7th of Feb 2013.im sorry they wont get a cent more until they rectify the problem otherwise im cancelling the contract and let them try to blacklist me?!!!
