This was my first month with Virgin Mobile. On the 27 August funds were deducted from my bank account without notice. I had signed a contract stating that the direct debit was to be done on the 1st of each month. Today being the 1st September a further payment has been deducted and no bill has been received as yet. I had put a complaint on hello peter last week, a consultant called once and never fulfilled any of the requests or even made a follow up. The service to date with Virgin Mobile has been nothing but a nightmare, I would NEVER recommend people sign up with them in SA. I would love to be able to let Richard Branson know how they are disgracing the name he has taken years to build. The service is despicable to say the least!!!
