Yet another complaint towards Telkom SA. I have closed my account about 5 months ago with Telkom due to the fact that I have moved to a different residence because according toe Telkom there is no infrastructure where I currently live. Now today I received a snotty phone call stating that I have been handed over to debt collectors for an account that is in a rears. I have logged multiple disputes by Telkom fighting this accusation as a result of their pathetic administration of their accounts. I am now tired of Telkom's pathetic service. Can someone with at least half a sense please assist me with this query as this routine is now starting to get old. Also please find people to work for you who aren't as arrogant as half of your call centre staff
