I have a basic R100 virgin mobile contract. Last year october I noticed my bill was now R122 instead of R110. I contacted them and they said itemised billing went up from R10 to R22. Firstly they did not notify me and 2ndly they said its mandatory. I went and checked my contract and nowhere does it state that itemised billing is mandatory. I asked them to remove it. One month they do it and the next month its back again. Then it takes a 15 min phone call to call centre to try and sort it out.

That is 6 times ive phoned about the same problem. And my bill that got deducted for feb 2013 and march is still wrong. At the last call to call centre I asked them to cancel my contract because they are not keeping to the contract. They said I have to bay in amount if I want to cancel my contract. I think I called them useless. The call centre person said the will log request and I would be contacted to sort this out. Last call was logged 2013/03/04 but still no call back.
