As a family we have all taken out Virgin Mobile accounts, and not one of us is satisfied with the service. All of our bank accounts have been debited with out notification, or bills to compare with. We all requested that our bank accounts be debited on the 01st of each month, but we were all debited on 27th August, and not one of us have received a bill prior to the money been taken off. We are also waiting for the billing rates to be rectified and refunded, and this still has not happened. The service we are receiving from the head office is appalling to say the least. We are all considering cancelling the contract as Virgin Mobile has not kept to their contract, therefore we don't need to keep to ours. We need this problem rectified by the end of this week as a matter of urgency, as this is not acceptable customer service/ contract terms.
