TELKOM MOBILE-TERRIBLE SERVICE AND BREACH AGAIN

At the beginning of September, I posted a complaint about Telkom mobile. They had taken almost 21 days to respond and were in breach as they mislead me to believe that I had 3G connectivity in my area and guaranteed me acceptable Internet speed. To date, the Internet does not even connect thus I was to in order to get a sale. After my compliant on HELLO PETER, I was contacted by Thato Gopane at Telkom Mobile and he apologised profusely confirming that the fault was on their side and confirmed that they would refund me and cancel the contract. Due to the inconvenience caused, I was also offered an extra two months for free. Thato confirmed all of this in writing to me. I was then assured on email that Septembers bill will not been debited from my account as the device or internet is not in use. He then requested I return the devices to the store. I went into the FOURWAYS MALL 8TA store and they refused to accept the device. I thereafter informed Thato and he committed to collecting it. Despite Thatos written commitment, Iv been charged for September, the device has not been picked up and he implies this morning that the contract MAY NOT already be cancelled. NEVER USE TELKOM
