I logged a query, ref no 103826458, about the depletion of my rand value bundle from above R300 to R0 between 06 September 2013 and 07 September 2013 . I also logged reference number, 104108389, requesting an itemised bill which I have not yet received again. I am also disputing invoice number E872582036.
