I have been to the Telkom Direct store at Centurion Mall, four times to sign up a 3G contract with 8ta with no luck. Either the systems are down or there is some other problem. How can a so called technology business always have technical problems, what a bad image to indirectly put forward.
When I was there on Tuesday another customer requested to speak to the manager; the sales person called t he manager but she never came, he eventually just left. There is either very low staff morale or they are just nonchalant and don't care.
I have had numerous issues with the quality of Telkom's Land line and ADSL service and I am now seriously doubting whether I should proceed with 3G contract.
Telkom/8ta will probably maliciously comply by responding that the escalation centre will respond to the matter and then that will be the end of it.
