On the 21st Sept I visited fourways to upgrade my phone. Whilst there, I saw in your brochure a tv broadband deal. I asked patricia to order that for me. She told me that their dont have it I have to go to Dionwired, initially we were given the wrong directions then eventually we found the place. When we got there the telkom rep Sfiso did not know about that deal. We phoned the fourways branch and Patricia insisted that there should have the deal. The Dionwired Manager did not know about this deal.
Does this deal exist?
Please if it does or not, there is definitely a lack of product knowledge.
