It's been 3 weeks now that I've been fighting with Telkom to get a new phone line installed. Every time we schedule an appointment with the technician there is some kind of hiccup that prevents the line from being installed. The latest -up is that we have been placed on the wrong exchange!!! - this is according to the technician. It's absolutely unacceptable that I have to take a day off work for a "full day appointment" and then have to deal with Telkom's incompetence
Please get my line sorted out ASAP. I shouldn't have to deal with multiple departments trying to fix Telkoms mistakes. Just come and install my goddamn phone line and get it working.
