Most Frustrating Experience

It started on Sunday 28th April - looking for 2 new contracts as per April brochure. Directed to Fourways Mall Cell C by Cresta branch as Cresta had no stock - Raees was helping me and eventually Cell C credit(?) asked for other statement format and missing docs.
29th - send documents
30th - Call in the morning to confirm all OK - go to store with all docs required to be eventually after 2 hours be told the statements need to be re-sent with bank stamp. Go to bank and email statements
01 May - Raees assists, gives me the phones, sim cards and when signing, notices the deal I requested was not the deal on the contract - Call's it in (to?) to be told it's the 01 May, the deal I wanted was for April and not valid today??
Like dealing with Telkom, lights on nobody's home
Wasted my time, angry and frustrated...
