Signed up for bundle deal. ADSL BB mobile. Received ADSL ~ 3 weeks ago, installed and working. Received sms from Telkom instructing me to collect handset. On arrival at branch I wait 1, 5 hour just to be told my deal was loaded incorrectly in their system and they have no stock. Received another sms last week to collect handset. My husband went to collect and was told my deal doesn't exist in the their system..another ~ 2 hours of fighting and turning place upside down, my husband was given the handset and sim card and told that Telkom will sms the number to my phone once it is activated. I spent last 1, 5 hour calling Telkom, and was sent from pillar to post, just to be told again my detail does not appear in their system and no-one can help me.
DO YOU HAVE ANY!!! COMPETENT EMPLOYEES WORKING FOR YOU??? YOU ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH IN THE PAST 30 YEARS.
