Uncapped ADSL 1MB - Throtteling

Previously my Uncapped ADSL 1MB was great, however currently I can't even receive emails. MWEB advised that they changed their system because their IT System can't facilitate the load of downloads. They advised that they are throttling my downloads. However I am buying for Uncapped ADSL with a 1MB line, therefore I should receive exactly that. However now MWEB is advising that they are managing my downloads, and therefore I should either upgrade to a 2MB line(which costs more, and they throttle you still) or wait 10 days and then I will be able to download again. Currently I can't read emails, google or even go on Facebook. I am suppose to have a 1 MB line, however my speed is at 10 KB/S. This is unacceptable. The service was always great, however now they are trying to make more money out of people by forcing them to upgrade or take the unthrottle package @ R1000 p/m. I want the service to return the way it was, because this is not what I agreed to, or the reason why I joined MWEB in the first place. MWEB is going to loose a lot of clients due to this, because there is other service providers which can supply this service without throttling them. Contact [Email Removed]
