Throttling of uncapped ADSL

I have cancelled my service on the 1 Oct with Mweb bcos they throttled my uncapped ADSL so much I can hardly surf the net... they have just lost a loyal customer... why do they have uncapped ADSL in the first place when they cap and throttle uncapped ADSL services... they even worse than Telkom...
