This is a second report in less than a month, a lady by the name Ruth promised to ask the repair centre to speed up the repair process for my phone now I am told I am going to get my phone late next week which I will be out of town for 2 weeks and I emphasised to her that I use that phone for my studies now I am going to be inconvinience for 2 weeks and will get it on the 3rd week.
Why for Cellc to get their attention you must report them, do they like that? Ruth was trying to help me but I dont know what happened as she now does not respond to my emails.
I am disappoint yet again, can someone get back to me as I need that phone ASAP before I go.
