CellC IS STILL USELESS!!!

Its now been a week till my last complaint, still no call from Ruth. I phoned your CEO desk lat week spoke to an Andrew who promised to followup and return my call. I was phoned by your service manager in Cape town last week Thursday and was told my handset would be back Friday latest Monday.

Guess what its Thursday again and im still without my handset or an ETA when it will be back. I had to phone your CEO desk again yesterday to find out whats going on just to be told i have to wait it may be back next week some time and the agent will send a request to "speed up the process". WHY TO ME??? Every time i phoned the agent requested a "speed up"!! Its been a month no phone. After 45 minutes on the phone wiht the guy telling me he cant do anything i wanted to speak to a manager... NOW THIS WAS MISSION IMPOSSIBLE! After phoning to different switch boards and being transferred back to the CEO 4 times i finally had to give up.

You really dont give a about your customers, would it be so much just to give me a new phone after all the time and money i wasted to call YOU? BUT NO NO ONE CAN SIGN OFF ON THAT AND YOU STILL TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE S! TIME TO HIT SOCIAL MEDIA!!
