I do hope all is well,

Shit is not well on my side and I feel like you people are taking me for a ride.

My name is Lorenchia Allison Van Der Nest and my ID number is 9511230246081. I have a loan account which is in arrears however when the collector called and we made an arrangement to pay I also informed her that I am no longer employed and can only pay R500 towards the account however when money entered my account the installment went off and the amount of R500 as well.

Please note that I am a single mother of 2 kids and the money that enters my account is needed for my KIDS!!!

I called Finchoice last week the 05th of March 2024 and was informed that I will be receiving my refund of R500 within the next 5 days since the installment went off (I AM REQUESTING THIS RECORDING SINCE THEY THINK I AM A FOOL)

Today 14/03/2024 when I called Finchoice and spoke to Bongkasi who refused to give me her surname for what the fuck I dont know because its not against the POPIA Act to give out your OWN Information so yet again she thinks im her fool (I would also like this full recording). and she informed me that I cannot get back my R500 refund.

THIS SHIT IS UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS. I NEED MY MONEY.
