I came in with three kids who had been in an accident, all wearing uniforms. I would like to commend the African male doctor and nurses who assisted me with the kids. However, there was one particular doctor who exhibited a condescending attitude, looking down on people as if she owned the hospital. When I asked for help regarding the injured kids, she told me to stop throwing tantrums.
Doctor M. Makola, you really disappointed me. You should not be in civil service employment if you cannot help people. It seems you have forgotten why you are employed and the Batho Pele principles you are supposed to uphold. Had it been your family, I doubt you would have treated them so poorly.
I hope someone at Kopanong Hospital sees this.
