I SEND IN MY PHONE ON THE 21ST AUG 2013 @ BRONKHORSTSPRUIT DRANCH, I RECIEVED A MSG FROM BURGERSFORT BRANCH THAT MY PHONE IS BACK FROM REPAIRS, I MUST CAME AND COLLECT IT AT BURGERSFORT. THE PHONE WAS SUPPOSE TO GO BACK TO BRONKHORSTSPRUIT, THAT IS WHERE I TOOK IT IN. AFTER I PHONED THEM THEY SAID I MUST GIVE 2 DAYS I PHONED AGAIN THEY SAID THE PHONE WILL BE DELIVERED ON FRIDAY. I ASKED HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE, THE LADY SAID IT WILL BE THERE THE SAME DAY. I PHONED BURGERSFORT ON THE 13 SEP 2013 THEY THEN SAID IT WILL DE THERE ON TUESDAY AS THE DELIVERY GUY DID NOT COME THE 13 SEP 2013. SO I PHONED BRONKHORSTSPRUIT BRANCH THEY SAID THE PHONE WILL BE THERE ON MONDAY. SO I PHONED CUST SIRVICE THEY REQUESTED A JOB NR, WHICH I COULD NOT PROVIDE AS I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY DOCUMENT WHEN THE PHONE WAS SEND IN. NOW I MUST PHONE AROUND TO GET JOB NO. I COULD NOT FIND A JOB NO ANY WHERE. NOW IT IS COSTING ME EXTRA TO PHONE AROUND. I GOT MY PHONE BACK ON THE 18 SEP 2013 BUT IT IS NOT FIXED. I AN SICK OF STRUGGELING WITH AUTO PAGE IT IS ONE PROBLEM AFTER THE OTHER. ( JOB NO R364061)
