Poor performance of repairing phone

I bought the phone through Altech Auto page Rustenburg on the 13/12/2012. In July the phone started giving problems by locking it self for no reason, so Rustenburg send it in 04/07/2013 for repairs. I waited for 5 weeks. When we got the phone back, the problem was solved, but since I received it back from repairs some of the keypads buttons doesn't want to work and the phones started to lock again, so my old fault is back, with a new additional fault.
Again I send it back on the 26/08/2013 and on the 19/09/2013 I phoned the Rustenburg branch to find out how far they are with the repairs? They told me head office did send me a sms to tell me there is a co payment for damage the phone but the phone did come back out of the repair department with that keypad problem and I also didn't have received the sms. Rustenburg did send them a e mail to ask why do we have to pay the amount before the phone can be repaired, from the 19/09/2013 up untill now they haven't responded to the e mail.

This phone is used for company perposes and Altech Auto page don't have any spare phones so i'm sitting with out a phone.
