Hi

my work cell was on the 7/05/2013 i reported it and i asked what to do to get a new sim card as there is no longer an auto page in Newcastle, the lady there told me to fax a letter stating that and an address where to they can send the new sim card, that was all done on the 7/05/013, then on the 16/05 i phoned again to ask how long it will take as she said about 3 to 4 days, then the lady there said there was no request for a sim to be send to us, then she said she will put in the request and i would have it by wed 22/05, i phoned again and then another lady told me that the request is still not there that i need to go to a branch and get it, i told her the closest one would be in pmb and that would be impossible to go there and she kept on saying well then you just have to wait or go to the branch, i told her i am more that 3 hours away, that's when i wanted to speak to a manager, and yes now i wait. i phoned back again and spoke to a manger and said he'd phone me back by 16:00 which he phoned at 16:26 and said they dont have mtn sim card and he will phone back tomorrow. this is how can you have no sim card the whole sa is full of them pls man.
