On the 10/06/2013 i ask my sister to laybye some furniture from UFO Furniture Burgersfort, few days later i phoned the Branch requesting for a refund and the manager ask me if i was aware that they were going to deduct R500.00 from the money that i paid as a deposit & i agree to that, i was promised that the money will be in my account within 14 working days, I phoned him to check if evrything was in order and he assured me that he send the paperwork to the Head office and he is also waiting for the cheque to be send to him, I also phoned the Marlboro Branch to find out as to when can i get my refund, they said they couldn't process the cheque as the paperwork that they received was not in good order. I don't see how is that my problem, i have been sent back & foward since i logged this complain, all i'm requesting is my money back!
