Dear Hello Peter, We purchased a samsung 13kg Diamond drum top loader in November 2012, . About 2 months ago the top loader didnt work properly. I phoned Russels Burgersfort and samsung customer care several times.. Samsung customer care send people to have a look and determined that the gearbox is busy to brake, they phoned me later on and told me to get the proof of purchase and to go to Russels and i will recieve a new top loader. So I took the papers to Russels. After 3 weeks I phoned Samsung and spoke to Barry and he told me that the claim is pending, he also told me that Russels also phoned on Monday 30-07-2013 and that I will recieve a call on Monday to tell me that the delivery of the new top loader will be delivered to my house. On Monday 06-08-2013 I spoke to Tobiso at Samsung and he told me that Russels did not do the proper paper work and im still waiting for the new top loader. It been pending now for 33 days mean while we are still paying the top loader.
