VERY BAD & PATHETIC SERVICE

Hi,
Friday 10th May 2013 - i received my upgraded cell phone after waiting 2 weeks for it.
Monday 13 May 2013 - i phone autopage and i spoke to Nigel. i reported that the back sealing where the battery goes is not sealing properly.
Wednesday 15th May 2013 - i phoned autopage again and spoke to Mike in upgrades just to remind them that the courier has not yet collected the phone he then said not to worry they will collect it in this week.
Tuesday 21st May 2013 -
I once again phone autopage and spoke to Chris. I said i wanted to speak to a manager of the pathetic service im getting from autopage, no mangaer phoned me, phoned again later spoke to Trewman, he said nothong was logged about a complaint or a collection that needs to be done.
Wednesday 22nd May 2013 - Still no manager has phoned me about my query. I am considering to cancel my contract with autopage.
