NOBODY AT TELKOM DIRECT SHOP ANSWERING PHONES

I've been trying to contact the Southgate Telkom direct store to enquire about a transaction where I bought 3G data bundles on 16/09/2013 using my rewards voucher card. They initially claimed the transaction was declined but when I checked my statement this morning I found that the transaction did go through. I've been trying to phone this number yesterday & today & the number just seems to ring & ring until it cuts off.

This is very embarrasing & dissapointing for a telephone service provider that is currently trying to get customers with their new Telkom mobile service provider. I've even tried to contact about 4 different contact numbers for any service listed on their website but it is the same with all of them. Nobody bothers to pick up the phones. Is this the kind of service that Telkom is providing? What a shame & a disgrace.
