Good day, I usually paid my father's DSTV via internet for the last 4 years. This time around I made a mistake and paid Media 24 by accident on the 23rd. I realized this on the 29th and made a cash deposit into my account at the bank teller and paid immediately via automated teller the same beneficiary as I have used in the past. This was the Standard bank Pre-sellected Public Beneficiary.
I have phoned them a couple of times used more than R500 worth of airtime, spend days on the DSTV app trying to connect. If they do connect it's for only a few hours and then back to limited viewing. Their service is pathetic. Every time I have to pay additional reconnecting fees!
I contacted them 1 Dec, 4th , 5th 6 , 7th and 8th.
